To be clear, summer is my favorite season but man do I love fall, especially those first great weeks before daylight savings when the sun is warm but the air is crisp, when tights aren’t yet needed and your new boots make their first splash on land. This look has become my sort of autumn uniform: black high-wated jeans, ankle boots and a fun top. For me stepping outside my bright colored fit and flare dress routine can be daunting but it’s also so refreshing to feel incredibly comfortable in a denim. I love the mix of polka dots and hearts on this adorable Madewell blouse. I’ve also plunged into the slightly deeper & bluer shades of red, here wearing Mac Ruby Woo. Fall, bring it on but please stave off winter as long as possible!
