I am so enamored with this little number from Anthropologie. I was walking by the store in Chelsea and I couldn’t help but go in and try it on after seeing it in the window. Every time I enter an Anthropologie my wallet starts crying inexplicably. I tried the dress and I immediately fell in love. The fabric is so thin making it the perfect dress for sticky summer days. It’s a swing dress, but I decided to try it with my trusty Madewell brown leather belt and mid-heel leather shoes from J.Crew. I really enjoyed shooting this outfit in the studio with my photographer Lydia. The look really pops against the white walls. I packed the dress to wear on the Fourth of July in California. My Aunt is getting married outside in the backyard, so it will be a fun, casual affair. I’ll be in Orange County with my family until July 9th, then I’m headed down south to Nashville for my friend’s baby shower. It’s nice to be away from the craziness of the Big Apple for a minute and spend time with my loved ones.
