Warm Coats & Warm Hearts

It’s officially coat o’clock in the Big Apple. After a delightfully mild month or so, it is time to don our favorite outerwear as the temperatures continue to drop. Ever since moving to New York I’ve fallen in love with the hunt for the perfect winter coat. Something that’s chic, warm and works for multiple occasions. I often cycle through coats quickly with the intense nature of northeastern winters so every year around this time I like to donate coats I won’t be wearing to a better home. Growing up we always donated our clothes throughout the year. As a part of the Burlington Style Squad™, I’m excited to share more information about Burlington’s annual ‘Warm Hearts, Warm Coats’ coat drive in partnership with Good Morning America and K.I.D.S/Fashion Delivers. This year I donated a few of my out of date coats and picked up this gorgeous camel coat! Stores are stocked with the latest outwear trends including, Canadian Goose inspired downs, Quilting, faux fur and soft shells. Check out a few of the styles here. You can be a part of the giving too! Now through January 18th, bring any gently worn coat to Burlington and get 10% off your next purchase. Be sure to share your Coat Donation photo on Instagram or Twitter with the hashtag #GiveACoat for a chance to be featured on Good Morning America.
