There’s nothing I like more than a party, and a party with my blogger besties? Even better. The fabulous folks over at Style Coalition invited me to a private screening of the new and hilarious show “Doll & Em” which premieres tonight, Wednesday, March 19th on HBO. The show follows Emily Mortimer, as herself,”Em” and her real-life best friend Doll, who has recently become her assistant while Em films a new show in Los Angeles. What I love most about this show is its honest and tender portrayal of real-life friendship and its foibles.
The event was a blast and I had the chance to catch up with some of my favorite bloggers and meet some awesome new ones. I also loved the Doll and Em themed cocktails and cupcakes plus an array of yummy hors d’oeuvres prepared by the adorable chef and food blogger Sean Gallagher. A fun New York night with a touch of Hollywood indeed.
