A Full Review of My $400 Foldable Treadmill from Amazon

I am a fitness class kinda girl. Pre-COVID my workout routine was 3 days a week of Orange Theory and 2-3 days a week of strength training. For me, I absolutely love the studio environment — it pushes me to work harder and stay accountable to the workout. I also love to run outdoors when the weather is warmer, but this fall I hit a wall with my fitness and I just couldn’t seem to motivate myself to do anything. I started researching treadmills but was discouraged that most were over $1000 unit l I started looking into foldable treadmills. I did a TON of research, watched a ton of YouTube videos, and finally settled on this $400 Amazon find.

Pros:

  • It’s quick and easy to fold, and once you get the hang of it, it’s super easy to move with the wheels.
  • It fits under my couch (see the last pic for a view of how compact this treadmill really is) so it’s a great option for those that are tight on space.
  • Has a built-in holder for an iPhone/cell phone.

Cons:

  • You have to keep the remove handy. It’s the only way to go slower/faster.
  • No incline — but for $400, it’s definitely not something I’m too mad about.

Something to keep in mind: a treadmill like the one you find at the gym is about $3000 and even a low-end “true treadmill” is $1000, so the price is amazing but doesn’t expect it to be the same quality as the gym. Overall, I am LOVING it and using it more than I honestly expected myself to. It’s great to run while binging a little Netflix and on these super cold, winter NYC days it’s easier than running out in the snow! I definitely recommend it if you’re missing running. 4/5 stars!
