Paris is my favorite city on earth. Every time I visit I’m always taken aback by the gorgeous architecture, delicious food and romantic atmosphere. It’s hard not to have a Coup du Foudre, love at first sight, for the City of Light. After a few days exploring Le Marais we settled into our incredible apartment in the Opera district. Located in the 9th Arrondissement, it was just steps away from incredible shopping at Printemps, the beautiful Palais Garnier and a quick walk to the Tuileries Gardens. We were graciously hosted by Oasis Collections a boutique rental agency for global travelers who love to feel like locals. I have always preferred to stay in apartments or houses when traveling because it feels less like traveling, it’s simply a home away from home. It gives me the chance to feel like I really live in the City instead of simply being a tourist. The property we stayed in was apply called Coup de Foudre and it really was love at first sight. The apartment was incredibly spacious with lots of light and beautiful furnishings. When we arrived, the Oasis team warmly greeted us with a thorough tour plus exclusive benefits like a Printemps VIP card not to mention champagne and macarons! It was the perfect haven for 3 lovely days in Paris with mon cheri. I highly recommend checking out their site next time you travel to Paris or anyone of their fabulous destinations.
